Rates & Deliverables

Rates and Deliverables - Our fees are earned on a contingency or a retainer basis. The fee can be structured on a flat fee basis, that is uniform regardless of the salary paid to the candidate or the fee can be based on a percentage of the salary offered and accepted by the candidate.

If you choose to work with us on a retainer basis, one-half of the retainer fee is expected to begin the search. The remaining half of the fee is expected upon the filling of the position.
